Terms & Conditions 1. All reservations made through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances. The guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. 2. Payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and may require pre-authorization for incidentals. Prices are inclusive of taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Tourist tax of €5 per person per night is paid at the hotel upon arrival. 3. Reservations may be cancelled at any time subject to certain rules and cancellation charges. See Refund & Cancellation Policy for further details. 4. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 (noon) CET. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 5. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Cats and dogs are allowed in the hotel subject to certain limitations and with additional charge. 6. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 7. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration. 9. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. 10. Refund & Cancellation This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the rules for reservation cancellations and refunds. Reservations can be cancelled before check-in time (15:00 CET). Cancellations after check-in time are considered and treated as no-show. Cancellations can be made via e-mail (reservations@caladelportoresort.com) or telephone +390564922455. The amount of refund in case of cancellation or no-show depends on the selected rate and the season. Here are refund rules: Non-refundable (all seasons) • Client will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. Flexible - 2 days (Low & Standard season) • Client can cancel free of charge until 2 days before check-in. Client will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 2 days before check-in. • If client doesn't show up (no-show), they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Flexible - 14 days (High season) • Client can cancel free of charge until 14 days before check-in. Client will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 14 days before check-in. • If client doesn't show up (no-show), they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Flexible - 30 days (Ferragosto week) • Client can cancel free of charge until 30 days before check-in. Client will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 30 days before check-in. • If client doesn't show up (no-show), they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
