Meet the Chef
Davide Mosca, our Executive Chef has created the menu after sourcing high-quality local ingredients, with creativity, up-to-date understanding of food trends, and broad knowledge of culinary techniques.
Chef Mosca honed his skills in famous restaurants all over the world, including Michelin starred Al Lago on Lake Como, Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, and Hotel Cipriani in Venice.
What is served and how the dishes are plated is in constant evolution based on our guests’ feedback. Chef Mosca checks the quality and aesthetic presentation of every plate as it leaves the kitchen to make sure each dish gets just the right finish.
